itty bitty hats :]

ahh i am so in love with making these itty bitty hats! last night during spanish i knit up a pink hat, today i put the petals on it and its the upside down daisy hat! loveeeee it. probably my favorite so far. currently i am working on the pink paper bag hat. i'm doing it in hot pink/fuschia and yellow. its coming along great. public speaking is a mostly listening class so its a good time to mindlessly knit away.

more about that class. we have to do a narrative speech next week and i am doing mine on me & my knitting progress this year. we can use any props/media we want so i'm making a power point and i'm so excited!! it's going to be a lot of fun. that class seems like it'll be fun overall. dee on one side ashley on the other. its all good at bwood!

so today after stats i went over to patty's house to knit. gina and april were there and we had snacks and knit all day. i have been working on a special project for lyn. the main part is done. tmrw i will do the other pieces and finish it up.

later in the afternoon linda, karen, barbara, and debbie came over. i hope i didn't forget anyone. it was a nice time we knit for a while and then had dinner but then i had to get home to feed purl & get to class. Linda forgot her needles so i KINDLY lent her my cowl to work on. i only have 7 inches left on it! go me! it's taking a while cause things for other people have to come first.

so when i got home from class i went online at the computer desk which i rarely sit at. i decided to have purl join me. she chilled on my shoulder and then crawled on the laptop, typed things with her feet to rob lol. so then i'm googling away and whatnot and i hear like ripping... she found an old chocolate i was saving for some reason and took the wrapper off and started eating the chocolate! how smart is that?

then she got sick of tht and shes walking around and she find a nougat one of my swap partners sent. i really can't chew that so i was just using it a decoration it was in a cute box and it was in another wrapper in the box...but purl knew there was candy inside. i took it away before she got into the other wrapper but she ate a hole through the box. she really amazes me sometimes.

she couldn't get down from the shelf so i needed to be a "ramp" lol.

"mommy i can be a pink dog too!"

and the silliest thing she did today:
someone came to the door and right when it started to open she jumped from the bottom floor to the top and looked out to see who it was! HA!
