Some exciting things happened today at Betty's shop!!!
a. Jen brought in two 6day old rottie puppies and I got to hold them and let them suck on my finger! Their mommy is sick and so 3 people are taking care of the puppies in pairs. 2 puppies for each person!!! SO CUTE!
b. Betty said I could volunteer at the shop!!! HOORAY!!!
c. I signed up for the continental class and Tante Mimi is taking it with me! YAHOO!
d. I started Lauren W.'s hat today. It's pretty cute. It has a navy blue band and a hot pink/fuchsia body.
also, Rob wants to learn how to knit so that will be fun! I can't wait until he's really good and we can bond over yarn! ha ha! I found the cutest pattern that I want to make asap! Knitted sheep http://flutterbypatch.typepad.co.uk/flutterby_patch/2009/05/sheep.html I think they are the most adorable things! And you make their wool separate so they can have different "outfits".
I can't wait to finish Lauren's hat but I should probably work on homework!!!
update: finished Lauren's hat!!! :] I love the color combo.
