WIP Wednesday

I have a bunch of WIPS. Mostly scarfs. Not as many as I used to have though. I more like to start and finish things all at once lately.

This is an upside down daisy hat from Susan B. Anderson's Itty Bitty Hats. I made one for my friend's niece and started this one because I finished hers in the car and I was still bored.
Monster Chunks. I wanted to make some as thank you's to my doctors during my pregnancy. I got 2 bodies done! they need feet and the rest need to get done.
I made these forever ago just for fun but I never put buttons on them. I may just tack down the straps. They are big on Dahlia now but she will fit into them soon.
I started this stupid scarf ages ago for Mike. It will probably never get done.
This scarf my Memere started when we used to have movie night. Now that she's gone I took it home with me and where the marker is on the right is how much I've done. I'll finish this one day.
This is my next scrappy scarf. I started it in the hospital during my labor. I only got as far as the 4th color before my contractions got too much to handle knitting.
This is the bag of colors for it. I can't wait to see how it comes out.

And now time for Dahlia pictures!!! Last night our friend Kyle came over and he watched her while I did stuff around the apartment. He's been a great friend to us. He loves to play with Dahlia. It's a big help when the place is a mess.
This is Dahlia yawning this morning. Instagram <3
This is Dahlia before our big walk. We walked all the way to my chiropractor and then got some formula at the IGA down the street and walked back home. It was rough but we did it. She has a pair of the booties I need to finish on that one of my swap partners made her.
This is me feeding her while she sat in her Boppy pillow. She finally is big enough and has enough head control to sit in here for short periods of time.
This is from the other day when we went to my Aunt's house
I'll be back again on Friday for FO Friday. Hopefully I have something to show. I have a couple Pre-Dahlia things I never blogged about that I'll have to dig up.

  1. I love these little collages of your daughter Em. She is so darn cute. Good for you on walking w/her. The exercise is good for you and why not make use of the stroller to get one's money worth yeah?
Reminds me of the days I'd walk with Jo.
I think making monsters for your docs is so sweet and fun. They'll love them! The scrappy scarf looks fun in the colors.
